24th March 1917

At Bermuda. Went to Hospital with 2 cases this a.m.

The yacht Warrior came alongside this morning for refitting, taking in stores, etc. Most of her original crew have left her, having returned to America. Mr. Cochran still remains and will, I understand, be her Commander.

This afternoon a signal was placed on the notice board informing us that 25 bags of mails left Halifax on the 24th for this ship and will arrive on Tuesday.

Chaplain has been to Sick Bay tonight and in course of conversation mentioned that we shall be going home soon after refit – probably with troops.

I am watch aboard today.
